Ingredients

  • 3 1/2

    lbs beef brisket

  • 18 oz jar of hickory smoke flavored bbq sauce

  • 1/2

    c finely chopped onion

  • 1

    envelope chili seasoning

  • 1

    T worcestershire sauce

  • 1

    t minced garlic

  • 1

    t lemon juice

  • 14

    hamburger buns split

Directions

Cut brisket in half and place in a slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the bbq sauce, onion, chili seasoning, worcestershire sauce, garlic and lemon juice. Pour over beef and cover. cook on high for 5-6 hours. remove beef, cool slightly. Shred and return to the slow cooker and heat through. Serve on buns.
