Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. Onion, chopped
- 4 Tbs. Butter, melted, divided
- 2 Tbs. Flour
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- Dash of Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Sage
- 1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 Tbs. Parsley, chopped
- 1 lb. Claw Crabmeat
- 1/4 Cup Dry Breadcrumbs

Step 1
Cook onion in 3 Tbs. butter until tender. Blend in flour. Add milk gradually, and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add seasonings and lemon juice. Stir a little of the sauce into the egg; add to remaining sauce, stirring constantly. Add parsley and crabmeat. Place in 6 well-greased (5 oz.) custard cups or individual crab shells. Place on baking sheet. Combine remaining 1 Tbs. butter and crumbs; sprinkle over top of each shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until brown. Serves 6.
