Got this recipe from a cooking class at Schoolhaus - a Ladies Night Out - lots of fun !!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz light rum
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup (1/2 sugar/1/2 water cooked)
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 8 whole mint leaves
  • Soda Water

Preparation

Step 1

Muddle mint leaf and simple syrup.

Add rum and lime juice.

Pour over ice. Top with soda water.
