NELSON FAMILY POTATO SAUSAGE

We used to get together with cousins and make up huge batches. This is a great recipe.

Ingredients

• 14 pounds beef
• 6 pounds pork
• 1 gallon meat total
• 35 pounds red potatoes (1-1/2 gallons)
• 3 large onions ground up
• 3 tablespoons pepper
• 8 tablespoons salt
