Ingredients
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 10 oz. canned sliced mushrooms with liquid
- 10 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup non-fat sour cream (or regular or light)
Preparation
Step 1
Heat cooking oil in frying pan. Add onion and ground beef. Scramble-fry until onion is soft and no pink remains in beef.
Mix in flour, garlic salt, paprika, salt and pepper.
Add mushrooms with liquid and soup, stirring until boiling and thickened.
Stir in sour cream.
