Ingredients
- 2 bags Pepperidge Farm Chessman cookies
- 6 to 8 bananas, sliced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 (102 g.) box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (300 mL) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1.5 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed, or equal amount sweetened whipped cream
Preparation
Step 1
1. Line the bottom of a 13 by 9 inch dish with cookies and layer bananas on top.
2. In a bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix and blend for 2 minutes using a hand-held mixer.
3. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese with the sweetened condensed milk until well blended.
4. Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
5. Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding and mix well.
6. Pour the mixture over the cookies and bananas. Cover the top with the remaining cookies. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
***Can also use the low-fat version of the ingredients in order to cut down on calories. Still turns out great!
