Step 1

Combine 1 lb jumbo peeled and devined shrimp with 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 1/4 c fresh orange juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp hot chili paste, 1 tsp smoked paprika and 1/4 tsp pepper in medium bowl. Cover and refigerate 2-4 hours. For prep, line a serving platter with orange slices. Then to grill line bottom of cast iron skilled evenly with 1 c course sea salt. Place pan over medium high heat and cover as salt may pop. Heat until pan and salt are hot. Place shrimp in pin in single layer and cook uncovered about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to orange slice lined platter and brush off any excess salt. WE TRIED THIS 3/14 AND IT WAS REALLY GOOD.
