Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400, wrap 1/2 a slice of bacon tightly around each piece of asparagus and place on tin foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar and 1 tbsp olive oil and pepper over it and bake for 15 minutes, flip then bake another 10-15 until crispy. WE TRIED THIS 10/20/14 AND IT WAS GOOD BUT THE BACON DID NOT CRISP UP SO COOK IT LONGER. ALSO HAD TO USE TOOTH PICKS TO SECURE BACON TO ASPARGUS. COULD NOT TASTE OLIVE OIL, BALSAMIC OR PEPPER.
