Chicken - Chicken & Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 t. baking powder
  • 1 T. butter
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 16 oz chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

Cut together flour, baking powder and butter, add milk with fork

Bring chicken broth to a boil, drop by spoons full into liquid, turn down heat to just a smidge below a rolling boil - cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes. Do not remove cover until done.
