Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. Reese's Creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 c. Reese's peanut butter and chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350.
Beat butter, sugar and peanut butter in medium bowl until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; add to butter mixture, blending well. Stir in chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 12-14 minutes or until light golden brown around the edges. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet. Remove to wire rack, cool completely. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
