Fabulous No-Cook Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 2 qts. heavy cream
• 1 pint homogenized milk
• 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and put in 6 qt ice cream maker. Follow directions for making ice cream in your own machine.
Variation:
To make fresh peach ice cream, peel and mash 2 qt. of peaches and fold into basic vanilla ice cream. To make strawberry ice cream, clean and mash 2 qt. of berries and fold into basic vanilla ice cream.
