Ingredients
- 11/2 C. Couscous
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 C. Green Onions, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
In a med. saucepan, bring 21/2 C. water to a boil, gradually stir in couscous. Remove from heat; cover & let stand 5 min. Fluff with a fork. Stir in green onions, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Serve.
