Ingredients
- Gingered Jezebel Sauce:
- 1/2 cup lite soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 2 green onions chopped
- 2 tablespoons sherry
- 3 lb. pork tenderloin
- Gingered Jezebel sauce
- 2/3 cup pineapple preserves
- 1/3 cup apple jelly
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish or large zip-loc plastic freezer bag add pork. Cover or seal and chill 20 minutes. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill pork, covered with grill lid over medium-high heat 25 minutes or until done, turning once and basting with 1/2 cup gingered sauce the last 5-10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Slice and serve with remaining 3/4 cup sauce.
Gingered Jezebel Sauce:
Microwave pineapple preserves and apple jelly in glass bowl at high 2 minutes or until belted. Stir in remaining ingredients.
