Smoked whitefish spread

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese,softened
  • 1/2 lb. smoked whitefish, skinned, boned and flaked
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped green onion
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

-Mix all ingredients until well blended
-Refrigerate
-Serve with matzoh
-Garnish with quartered lemon and lime slices and fresh dill
