Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 whole pear
- 1 cup ice
- 1 1/2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds (not flaxseed oil!)
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Puree until smooth and serve immediately.
