Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients

  • add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of unsweetened soy milk or almond milk to the vitamix (high power blender)
  • add 1 tbsp chia seed
  • add one or two bananas
  • add 3 tbsps cacao powder or cacao nibs
  • add 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • if you add 3 tbsps unsweetened coconut flakes it makes a chocolate pudding if you want that instead.

Blend, serve and enjoy - about 3 servings.
