Ingredients
- add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of unsweetened soy milk or almond milk to the vitamix (high power blender)
- add 1 tbsp chia seed
- add one or two bananas
- add 3 tbsps cacao powder or cacao nibs
- add 1 tsp vanilla extract
- if you add 3 tbsps unsweetened coconut flakes it makes a chocolate pudding if you want that instead.
Preparation
Step 1
Blend, serve and enjoy - about 3 servings.
