Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• Filling:
• 3 8-oz packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese
• 3 eggs
• 12 Tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 cup of sour cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• Crust:
• 40 Vanilla Wafers
• 1/2 Cup of Sugar
• 1 Stick of Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Melt Butter, and mix with vanilla wafter and sugar. press into bottom spring from pan bake @ 400 degrees about 8 minutes.


Mix filling and pour into baked crust. Bake about 60 minutes in 375 degrees oven. Cake is done when knife is inserted in center and comes out clean.

After cooled top with cherry pie filling.
