Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- extra virgin olive oil
- minced garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Snap the asparagus at the tender part of the stalk. Arrange spears in one layer on a baking sheet. Lightly sprinkle with olive oil then the Cajun seasoning then add the amount of minced garlic you like.
Bake in the preheated oven until tender, about 10 minutes.
