Ingredients
- 1 T butter
- 1/2 small onion, chopped (Mom left out)
- 1 tsp minced garlic (Mom used garlic powder)
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 can corn, drained
- 8 oz pkg low-fat cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- can of chicken
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in pan and saute onion and garlic. Add all other ingredients and cook over medium heat until cream cheese melts. If soup is too thick, add more milk until desired consistency.
