Peanut Butter Blossoms

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 cup flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup oleo
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1 egg
• 2 T milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape in to large marble size balls. Roll in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.

Place Hershey Kiss in center of cookies while still warm.
