Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup diced mango
- 1/2 cup small diced red pepper
- 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp minced jalapeno
- 2 tsp minced ginger
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place all ingredients in bowl and stir to blend
2. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to marinate for 30-45 minutes and serve.
