Amaretto Cake

Ingredients

  • Glaze:
  • 1 (18.25oz) pkg Yellow Cake Mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (5.1oz) pkg instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 2 Tblsp Amaretto Liqueur
  • 1/2 C Water
  • 1/2 C Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Almond Extract
  • 1/2 C Amaretto Liqueur
  • 1 C Confectioners Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Grease and Flour 10 inch bundt pan

In large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, Vanilla pudding, water oil, almond extract and 2 T Amaretto. Blend and pour into pan.

Bake 350 for 40-45 minutes or till toothpick comes clean.

While cake is still warm, poke hiles in surface. Drizzle with Amaretto Glaze:
Confectioners sugar and 1/2 C Amaretto blended till smooth.

Let cool at least 2 hrs before removing from pan.

Dust with Confectioners Sugar.
