Ingredients

  • 3 LB RUMP ROAST
  • 1/2 ENVELOPE DRY ONION SOUP MIX
  • 1 SMALL ONION, SLICED
  • 4-OZ CAN MUSHROOMS WITH LIQUID
  • 1/3 CUP DRY RED WINE
  • 1/3 CUP WATER
  • 1 GARLIC CLOVE, MINCED
  • 1 BAY LEAF
  • 1/2 TSP DRIED THYME
  • 2 TBSP CHOPPED FRESH BASIS, OR 1 TSP DRIED BASIL

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
2. Cover. Cook on low 10-12 minutes

VARIATIONS:
Add 1/2 tsp salt if desired
