beans side dish

cold bean salad. good accompaniment to burgers, salmon, etc. Jouns didn't like it, don't double it. makes too much

Ingredients

  • 2 15 oz cans kidney beans rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 sweet onion
  • dried parsley
  • seasoning salt
  • olive oil
  • italian seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

saute diced onion in canola oil until soft, let cool.
rinse and drain beans. Add onion to beans, sprinkle in seasoning salt, garlic powder, dried parsley to taste. Add about 3 tbspns olive oil. Mix well. Let mingle. serve at room temp
