Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (12 fl oz) evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 slightly beaten egg yolks
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups Baker's angel flake coconut
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
-Combine all ingredients except nuts and coconut into a saucepan
-Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened
-Remove from heat
-Stir in coconut and pecans
-Cool until thick enough to spread
