Ingredients
- 5 lbs. potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 teas. garlic powder (optional)
- 1 teas onion powder
- salt to taste
- butter
Preparation
Step 1
Whip the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder and onion
powder into the mashed potatoes.
Butter a casserole dish and fill with the potato mixture and
refrigerate. Remove from refrigerator about an hour before
heating to bring to room temp. place dollops of butter on top.
Bake at 350 for approximately 30-40 minutes.
This recipe is easily doubled or halved.
