Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can 100% pumpkin puree
- 1 (10 oz) can evaporated milk
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 cup coarsely crushed graham crackers, pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 cup toffee bits

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9x13 pan.
In large bowl combine: pumpkin evaporated milk, sugar, eggs and pumpkin pie spice. Stir to combine. Pour into pan.
Sprinkle cake mix on top then sprinkle nuts or graham crackers and toffee chips.
Pour melted butter evenly over top and bake 45-50 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
