Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8 oz macaroni
  • 1 tsp worcestershire
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 1/2 c milk
  • 2 c (8 oz) cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c bread crumbs
  • paprika

Preparation

Step 1

In sauce pan, melt butter. Remove from heat; blend in flour, salt and mustard. Add milk; heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens a little and is smooth. Add 1 1/2 c cheese; heat until melted, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook macaroni as directed; drain. COmbine with sauce in a 2 qt. casserole; top with remaining cheese, bread crumbs, and parika. Bake at 375* about 20-25 minutes or until necely browned and bubbly.

Delicious with chopped ham mixed in!
