Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Green Onions, chopped
- 2 Tbs. Butter
- 2 (8 oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese, cubed
- 2 Cups Half & Half
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 3 (10 oz.) Pkg. Frozen Broccoli, chopped
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 4 Chicken Breasts, cooked, boned, and cubed (optional)
- Parsley and toasted almonds for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions in butter in large saucepan. Add cream cheese, half & half and broth. In separate saucepan, cook broccoli according to package directions, then drain. Add broccoli, lemon juice, salt and pepper to broth mixture. You may add chicken at this time, if desired, and heat thoroughly. Garnish with almonds and parsley. Serves 10.
