Ingredients
- 2 lbs. round steak, cubed
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 c. sour cream
- hot cooked noodles
- minced fresh parsley, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Place beef and onion in slow cooker. Combine the flour, paprika, garlic salt, and pepper; sprinkle over beef and stir to coat. Stir in tomatoes. Add bay leaf. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or till meat is tender.
Discard bay leaf. Just before serving, stir in sour cream; heat through. Serve w/ noodles. Sprinkle w/ parsley if desired.
