Ingredients

    * 1 lb lean ground beef

  • 1/2 to 1

    * 1/2 to 1 cup chili sauce

  • 2

    * 2 tsp chili powder

  • 2

    * 2 tsp red pepper (or to taste)

    * 1 can black beans, drained

  • 1

    * 1 can whole kernel corn, drained

  • 1 1/2

    * 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1

    * 1 pkg won ton wrappers

  • * Sour cream, optional

  • * Guacamole, optional

  • * Salsa, optional

Directions

Brown ground beef in skillet. Add spices, beans, corn, and chili sauce to moisten. Cook until heated through. Remove from heat and add cheddar cheese. Spray medium muffin cups lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Place a won ton wrapper into each muffin cups and fill with 1-2 tablespoons filling. Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 8-10 minutes or until won tons are golden brown. Let stand in cups for 2-3 minutes. Place won tons on platter and serve with sour cream, guacamole, and/or salsa.
