Ingredients
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 cups milk
- 6 eggs,slightly beaten
- 1 tbsp. seasoned salt
- 2 sticks butter,melted
- 1/4 pound colby cheese,shredded
- 1/4 pound muenster cheese, shredded
- 1/4 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pound velveeta cheese, cut into small chunks
- 1/4 pound american cheese,shredded

NOTE: though delicious this is an extremly rich version or mac and cheese,you may prefer to reduce butter by as much as half
Heat oven to 325
-Butter an 11 by 15in baking pan
-Boil macaroni according to package directions(add a drop of vegetable oil to the water to minimize sticking)until tender
-Rinse and thoroughly drain macaroni
-Transfer to a large mixing bowl,add all ingredients except for the american cheese and combine thoroughly
-Pour into prepared baking dish,then sprinkle on the shredded american cheese
-Bake for 40-50 min,until golden brown and bubbling
