Ingredients
- 1/4 c reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c diced cooked chicken breast
- 2/3 c chopped celery
- 1/2 c shredded reduced fat swiss cheese
- 4 t butter, softened
- 6 slices Italian bread about 3/4 in thick
- 6 slices tomato
- 3/4 c shredded lettuce
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the mayo, salt and lemon juice. Stir in the chicken, celery, and cheese. Spread butter on each slice of bread; top each with 1/3 c chicken mixture.
Place in 15x10 in baking pan. Broil 4-6 in from the heat for 4-5 min or until heated through. Top with tomato and lettuce.
