Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 shallots
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. fine bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. grated swill cheese
- 1/8 teasp garlic powder
- 1/8 teasp salt
- 1 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cut tomatoes in half and shake out seeds. Place tomatoes on greased baking dish. Dot with butter. Place under broiler. Meanwhile, chop shallots. Saute in 4 Tbsp. butter for a few seconds then add bread crumbs and parmesan cheese, garlic powder and salt
Remove baking dish from broiler. Divide cheese mixture evenly among tomato halves. Tloop each with 1 Tbsp. grated swiss cheese. Place under broiler for 1 min.
