Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sesame seed
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 lb pork boneless top loin
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soya sauce
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/3 lb snow peas
Preparation
Step 1
Brown sesame seeds over medium-high heat in a large, dry skillet. Add sesame oil and pork strips. Toss meat quickly until brown on all sides. Add honey, soya sauce and ginger, mix well. Add snow peas and cook for approximately 3 minutes, tossing frequently. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp sesame seeds and serve with either rice or your favourite pasta. Enjoy!
