Ingredients
- 1/3 cup almond meal
- 2 T. water
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- Sweetener to taste

Step 1
Mix almond meal, egg, sweetener and water in a microwavable bowl & microwave for 45 seconds. Move the cooked part of the pudding towards the center of the bowl and add blueberries. Microwave for about 45 seconds - 1 minute depending on the fruit (frozen takes longer). Stir and eat.
