Directions

1. In bowl combine dry ningredients 2. Combine eggs,applesauce, milk, butter; add dry ingredients just till moistened 3. Fold in blueberries and lemon peel. 4. Pour into sprayed pan; bake at 350 for 60 - 65 min till pick clean 5. Combine glaze ingredients; our over warm loaf; cool 10 min before removing from pan
