Ingredients
- 3 Haas avocados, halved,seeded and peeled
- 1 lime juice
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 medium red onion
- 3 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp chipolte chili powder
- 1 tsp Thai dried chili
- Green food coloring optional
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl place scooped avocados and lime juice, toss to coat
2. Using a potato masher add spices then fold in the onion, tomatoes, cilantro and garlic.
3. Add green food coloring.
4. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hrs. Then serve or refrigerate.
