Puffy White Chocolate-Blueberry Muffin Tops

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 plus 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon koshe4r salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400. Grease cookie sheets.

2. In a medium sized bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

3. Cream the butter with the sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. add the flour mixture, and stir until just combined. Stir in the white chocolate chips and blueberries.

4. Drop dough by spoon fuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Don't worry, they won't spread too far.

5. Bake in preheated oven to 12-15 mintues. Remove from oven, and let cool on cookie sheet for five mintues before placing on cooling racks.
