Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 lbs/750 gms)
- 1/4 Cup all purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp margarine/butter
- 1 pouch Knorr Lipton Recipe Savoury Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
- 1 1/2 Cups water
- 2 Tbsp lemon Juice

Step 1
Dip chicken breasts in flour, shaking off excess. melt margarine/butter in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken, turning once, about 4 minutes.
Blend pouch contents of soup mix with water and lemon juice. Stir with chicken in skillet.
Reduce heat to low and simmer covered until sauce slightly thickened and chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Serve, with hot cooked rice, if desired.
