Mark's Beer Bread

Experiment with different beers. Stout or wheat beers would be excellent.
Shredded cheese, dried herbs, fresh herbs, etc. can be added for additional and different flavors.

Ingredients
- 3 cups sifted self-rising flour
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 12 oz. can/bottle beer
- 1/8 cup of butter (or 1 stick if you prefer more)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together, except the butter. Spray a bread pan with non-stick spray. Pour batter into pan. Drizzle top with melted butter.
Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
