Ingredients
- 9 cups of water
- 6 cups vinegar
- 1/2 cup pickling salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- This is the brine. Add all together and bring to a rolling boil. To be poured into jars.

Step 1
In each pint jar, add 2 tsp mustard seed, garlic cloves and dill and add in cleaned baby carrots from the garden. Pour the hot brine over top and seal with lid.
I let stand to about 2 weeks before tasting and enjoying.
