Ingredients
- 1 pound cubed cheese
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Bread cheese cubes using standard breading procedure. Dip cheese cubes in flour mixed with Italian seasoning, then in egg wash, then in panko bread crumbs. Freeze cheese cubes at least two hours before frying. Fry at 350' until just browned.
