Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, warmed to soften
- 1/3 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped spinach (frozen, cooked, or fresh)
- 2 cans or jars of non-marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
- garlic salt
- chili powder
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- yummy snacks to dip- carrots sticks, bell pepper slices, crackers, chips
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a baking dish, and sprinkle on a bit more mozzarella. Broil until the cheese is brown.
