A-Freaking-Mazing Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, warmed to soften
  • 1/3 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped spinach (frozen, cooked, or fresh)
  • 2 cans or jars of non-marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
  • garlic salt
  • chili powder
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • yummy snacks to dip- carrots sticks, bell pepper slices, crackers, chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a baking dish, and sprinkle on a bit more mozzarella. Broil until the cheese is brown.
