Asparagus - Oven Roasted

Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs. fresh asparagus
  • 1/8-1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1-2 TB Sandwich Sprinkle
  • 1 TB olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400F. Wash asparagus, pat dry and remove the tough lower inch or two of stem. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Sandwich Sprinkle, then drizzle with olive oil. Roll the asparagus around a little to make sure the spears are all coated with cheese/seasoning/olive oil. Place in the oven and bake for 8-15 minutes until golden and sizzling and the cheese is melty.
