Ingredients
- 320 g tagliatelle al 'uovo ( fresh egg pasta)
- 45 g butter & white truffles ( shave truffles & mix with butter)
- 40 g grated parmesan
- meat broth
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the pasta 'al dente' in lots of salted boiling water. Drain the pasta and pass again in the pan adding thr butter & truffle, diluted in the meat broth and sprinkle generously with parmesan.
Serve immediately & enjoy!!
