Chicken Breast in oven

Ingredients

  • As many boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • olive oil
  • 1 packet of Itialian dressing or any Ms Dash
  • Aluminin Foil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Tear off individual pieces of Aluminin foil
3. Place 1 chicken breast on each piece of foil
4. Sprinkle with olive oil. Rub oil on chicken breast.
5. Sprinkle with seasoning
6. Wrap in Foil packet
7. Place on cookie sheet. Cook for 20 minutes.
