Broccoli Rabe with Orecchiette

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccoli rabe
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teasp minced garlic
  • 1/2 teasp salt
  • 1/4 teasp crushed red pepper
  • 12 oz bag orecchiette pasta

Preparation

Step 1

Cook broccoli rabe in large pot of boiling salted water for 3 mins.
Drain and coarsely chop broccoli rabe
Heat 1/4 cup olive oil, add minced garlic,salt, pepper and crushed red pepper.
Cook 30 seconds then add broccoli rabe. Cook 3 mins. then add cooked orecchiette.
