Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 8 cups red cabbage, shredded
- 3 cups unpeeled red apples and diced
- 1 1/2 teasp salt
- 1/4 teasp pepper
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup butter
