Bahama Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1 lb romaine lettuce, broken into bite size pieces
  • 1 tomato, cut up
  • 3 artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 hard boiled egg, cut up
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp strong mustard
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup salad oil

Preparation

Step 1

Make the dressing ahead of time and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Shake well before serving.
