Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 lb romaine lettuce, broken into bite size pieces
- 1 tomato, cut up
- 3 artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 hard boiled egg, cut up
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp strong mustard
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup salad oil

Make the dressing ahead of time and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Shake well before serving.
